Sound familiar?

Working hard, but the mortgage barely moves?

Most of your repayments go to interest, not to your home. Every year you pay a big tax bill on income that could be working for you. You know you should be investing, but every extra dollar seems to disappear.

Whether you're on one income or two, it isn't about earning more. It's about having the right structure, so the money you already earn works harder, your debt shrinks faster and tax becomes something you plan for, not something that happens to you.

Where we focus

Three strategies that can change your financial trajectory

Strategy 1

Pay down your mortgage sooner

Your home loan is likely your biggest expense, and the interest isn't tax deductible. Through strategies like debt recycling, you can gradually convert that "bad" debt into potentially tax-deductible investment debt.

  • A clear plan to own your home sooner
  • Turn non-deductible debt into potentially deductible debt
  • Structured around your cash flow and comfort with risk

Debt recycling involves borrowing to invest, which magnifies both gains and losses. It isn't right for everyone, which is why we assess it properly first.

Strategy 2

Pay less tax, painlessly

Tax shouldn't be a nasty surprise every June. With the right structures in place, you can legally reduce the tax you pay and keep more of your income working for you, all year round.

  • Use super contributions and carry-forward caps
  • Choose the right ownership structure for investments
  • Fewer surprises, more certainty every financial year

We work alongside your accountant so your strategy and your tax return are on the same page.

Strategy 3

Build lasting wealth

Paying less interest and less tax frees up money. The next step is putting it to work, with an investment plan that grows your wealth steadily over time.

  • A long-term investment plan built around your goals
  • Make your super work harder for you
  • Regular reviews to keep you on track as life changes

All investments carry risk, and their value can go down as well as up.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the first call really free?

Yes. Your 30-minute intro call with James is free and there's no obligation. It's a chance to talk through where you are and see whether we're the right fit.

Is there a cost for the strategy meeting with Victor?

Yes. The 1-hour strategy meeting with Victor is a paid session. James will explain the fee and what's included before anything is booked, so there are no surprises.

Do I need to be in Sydney or Melbourne?

No. We work with clients remotely across Australia, so all your meetings can happen by video call.

I'm on one income. Can you still help?

Absolutely. We work with singles, couples and families. What matters is having a clear plan for the income you have.

What is debt recycling, and is it risky?

Debt recycling is a strategy where you gradually replace non-deductible home loan debt with potentially tax-deductible investment debt. It involves borrowing to invest, so it carries risk and isn't suitable for everyone. We'll only recommend it if it fits your situation.

Will you work with my accountant?

Yes. We're happy to work alongside your accountant so your strategy and your tax return line up.

What do I need to prepare for the first call?

Nothing formal. A rough idea of your income, mortgage, super and goals is plenty. James will guide the conversation.
